這一兩年有慢跑的習慣之前也有在做重訓不過現在很奇怪我雖然一直有在跑步但缺少重訓身體的肌肉變得好少而且變得很瘦在生活中我比較少吃肉然後心情來說我比較悲觀前陣子遭受到情感的打擊我想這幾個因素是不是讓我變瘦的原因阿因為現在身材好瘦看到自己這樣有點可怕請問一下要怎麼回復以前�
