能交我體力訓練和跑步速度增快法嗎?我800公尺4分25秒很快嗎??憑我的直覺很慢!!雖然我不是最後一個!!還有我體力很差X(都是我強迫自己跑快一點跑完後好好累!!我有參加過大對接力!!精英賽(精英賽沒晉級)不過我立定跳遠2百公分!!跳那麼遠又沒用!!跳遠對跑步有幫助嗎?我只是個6年級學生別叫我綁鉛球!!
