跑步完口渴的問題 - 跑步

大概是慢跑的速度,時間都是在六點左右,吃飯前,吃飯大概是七點初因為跑布完會想睡覺,早上也起不來,所以都是下班後去跑操場.問題來了,口渴喝水就好,可是要吃飯了,總不能喝那麼多水吧,這樣飯就吃不多了,可是口渴,吃飯又沒什麼胃口,乾乾的,喝一點點水還是會口渴,而且聽說跑步前後都不適合喝太多水,請問有好方法嗎
