如題~~現在已經23歲了...已過發育期!!一直被家人嫌太瘦....我算非常瘦小的體型兩個月前開始作訓練,早上要上課晚上要打工下班都10~11點,每天下班後都固定舉啞鈴(6KG)和伏立挺身。啞鈴一次10下,做3種動作,每次3循環,這樣有90次動作伏立挺身也是10下,3次循環接在啞鈴一次循環後共30下。兩個月��
