我想請問一下我今年25歲通常都會在下班後會做仰臥起坐+伏地挺身那在我運動過後是喝牛奶對肌肉線條會比較有幫助還是喝豆漿呢?我是都喝全脂牛奶但是好像聽說牛奶反而脂肪會比較高我主要也是想讓我的肌肉在運動後重建的比較有好處到底哪種比較好@@?
