我剛過17歲學校代表隊(某球類)在學校做重量一個禮拜1.3.5三天已經做一年了每個項目都八下三組為低標做不完就要幫到完臥推(胸肌)高一40kg做起現在高二推到80kg(沒有推完)(有時候會做到4~5組)前彎舉(二頭)25kg起現在38~42kg左右(做到4~5組)(啞鈴再加強)還有深蹲現在做90~100kg上舉(頸後上下)40~45kg仰臥起坐大概4
