我目前國3身高178體重69很瘦現在我每天都做伏地挺身20下分5組+20下仰臥起坐我伏地挺身上來的時候會再做一次呼吸動作再吸氣下去一上二下的仰臥起坐同上練兩天休息兩天讓肌肉休息還有想要過一兩個禮拜在多+5下這樣可以練到有胸機也有力量嗎??這樣做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐會有效果嗎??...Showmore
