我已經有固定在做仰臥起坐、伏地挺身還有舉啞鈴好一陣子了可是我越來越覺得我身體兩邊的肌肉不太勻稱我的左胸肌比右邊還大可是我右邊的三頭肌跟二頭肌卻比左邊大還有我的腹肌好像右邊的部分好像比左邊高了一點阿補充一下,我是右撇子怎麼會這樣呢??是我動作不確實嗎?如果是的話那正確的動�
