我想問的是棒球...剛開始還沒做重量訓練時投球後手臂二頭肌處都不會有痠痛無力的感覺但是自從開始做重量訓練後...(舉啞鈴.伏地挺身.滾輪)常常投沒幾個球手臂二頭肌處就開始痠痛無力是不是做重量訓練的關西!?可是我看一般棒球選手都有做重訓來讓自己手臂更有力.球速變快...而且好像比較少人有我
