1.因為我小時候(國小)曾經受過傷,只是現在高中了,因為以前有試著鍛鍊過,可是到現在我的右手,二頭、三角肌都有了,左手還跟女人一樣...變得現在練的時候出力不平衡,ex.伏地挺身會變成都是右手在出力。該如何將我左手鍛鍊起來呢?
