本人60公斤~有再跑長跑1600與2800~也有再作肌肉的訓練,平時舉啞鈴有時間就去作重訓!!!本人有一個問題,因為想讓肌肉結實(有力些)有些想要吃到70公斤或65公斤~請問是否會影響到跑步的成績?本人不是田徑隊~只是純粹鍛練身體!!!
