想請問一下~~這3種分別是練到哪裡的肌肉呢~~?另外如要練二頭肌.啞鈴要如何舉??再來就是每天大概要以幾下為標準在慢慢往上抬升呢??這段時間要補充一些什麼樣的食物呢???麻煩各位大大囉><~~希望不要是PO文章的答案!!!
