小弟今年18歲每天做伏地挺身的習慣也已經持續5.6個月了胸肌的形狀是都出來了沒錯可是我發現練到一定的程度之後便不會有所成長了我也算是有肉肉的人(身高180體重85左右)想請問各位大大假如說我在身上背個背包然後裡面放幾個鐵塊然後依身體狀態加重重量的話會有效嗎?胸肌會持續發達下去嗎?還是��
