嗯..我今年15歲.但是肚子大大的.想做仰臥起坐練腹肌與伏地挺身練手臂.現在每天仰臥起坐50下伏地挺身15下為一組.一組做完休息一分鐘.這樣會太多嗎?我已經做了三個禮拜了...好像一點進展都沒有雖然看過很多知識文章的說明要有工具...我做仰臥起坐都是直接躺地腳沒壓東西直接挺上來...這樣效果會減��
