最近在家裡練仰臥起坐+舉啞鈴(5KG)雙手就10KG每天我都做30下想結實一點...不過感覺沒什麼效果...應該是我自己做得方式不對我最近想加上做伏地挺身想問有人能告訴我該怎麼做比較好?伏地挺身+舉啞鈴+仰臥起坐有人能幫我規劃嘛...謝謝^^請麻煩不要用貼上的方式唷......Showmore
