我呢~是個剛要開始練身體的人前天我是第一次做熱身+伏地挺身+仰臥起坐熱身就是原地跑步到流汗因為我第一次做,所以都很遜伏地挺身只可以10個,因為手整個都沒力了,仰臥起坐也很少,重點是我做完之後呢就手跟腳都會酸痛,這應該屬於正常~但是我的小腿就都一直是酸痛的狀態了...已經2天了走路
