我在家通常都做伏地挺身!(由於我脊椎尾端有受過傷害,所以在做仰臥起坐時會疼痛!還會發炎)但是我我想鍛鍊出每好的體態!!我的身高:174cm體重:60~75kg左右(太久沒有測量,之前測量是75!約前幾個禮拜前測的)我伏地挺身的做法如下:每天晚上睡前做130~140下左右(看身體情況而定,若感冒...之類就不一定)1.前
