小弟我今年要去當兵囉!!我每天有做伏地挺身的習慣一天都做很多次(至少都5次以上)不過一次都10~15下~(看心情而定)我這樣的訓練夠嗎?有沒有效果呢?~胸肌會結實嗎?有沒有其他要加強~或是該做的?軍中伏地挺身一口氣都是幾個阿?我一口氣也頂多~20~35個~這樣夠嗎?至於單槓~仰臥起坐~我該訓練某?另外去到軍
