以前就有在練伏地挺身的習慣..結果總是半途而廢....至於我想練的部位我也不清楚...應該是肩膀吧~~~我想讓衣服穿起來更好看...還有胸部也要大塊一點...我該怎麼練阿???可以幫我設計一套健身的課程嗎??例如一天要做幾下的伏地挺身...等等的運動!!讓我有個目標去完成..這樣比較不會放棄最近在居成世買�
