請問喔!!我想練些對籃球比較有用的肌肉群!!例如:手臂的肌肉.腹肌.胸肌等利用啞鈴(14磅)可以訓練哪些部位的肌肉群呢??可以請告訴我正確的訓練方式與姿勢嗎??(可以的話希望可以附圖)!或可以提供一些方法!建議我訓練的呢??拜託各位幫忙了!!
