關於練手臂肌肉線條 - 啞鈴

各位大大你們好吼:呃...不好意思我有個問題想要請教一下大家,就是我體重大概62左右,我幾乎天天都舉啞鈴16P的,然後我想要練三頭跟二頭肌的肌肉,所以我現在就是把手垂直放下,手肘九十度往上舉還有把手舉起來放到後腦勺,然後再把啞鈴往上舉,動作有點像超人一樣,我幾乎都每天舉一百下.10下一組做10組
