我覺得伏地挺身的後勁比較強耶,我做啞鈴(或槓鈴)推舉不管是練向上或中胸,後勁(做完之後的酸痛度)都比起伏地挺身的小,照理講是啞鈴的效果比較好所以後勁較強,可是我覺得伏地挺身較好我同學也這樣說,我覺得很奇怪,請問是什麼問題?
