我最近在家裡常常沒事就會舉啞鈴剛開始的時候隔天手還有肩膀會酸酸的現在已經不會了請問常常沒事就一直舉啞鈴會怎樣嗎?想要鍛鍊臂肌這樣會不會太急躁?還有伏地挺身我有朋友說不要每天做比較好因為做完伏地挺身肌肉纖維會有損傷要給他時間修補可是如果每天做他會沒有充分的時間去修補所以��
