我看過有的人很矮可是跳起來還是可以摸到籃球板,我大約167左右吧!可是跳起來總是差那麼一點點,請問怎樣才能有效的增加腿的彈性!還有就是有的人雖然矮,可是身體很能夠承受碰撞,卡位擠不太走他,請問要怎樣才能夠增加身體的厚度,增加承受碰撞的能力,可是又不是吃的胖!
