我不是很有肉的...,想訓練肌肉我現在是每週4天仰臥起坐35~45啞鈴15~20輪流做..,各3組!!已經持續2個月左右了...我想問一下,如果以上面的方法持續下去....會不會有成果出來??還是方法錯誤??...Showmore
