關於讓拳頭變硬ㄉ方法我想知道有什方法除ㄌ打牆壁跟用拳頭作伏地挺身還有沒有什可以讓全頭被硬ㄉ方法因為打牆壁不小心太大力手會很痛ㄉ樣子而用拳頭作伏地挺身我ㄉ小指都會內灣很痛所以想知道有沒有什可以在家鍛鍊ㄉ方法還是可以自己打自己ㄉ變硬如果是一天最好幾下比較有效果ㄋ麻煩告訴�
