目前我有在做的運動是「伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、蹲下跳起來」就對這三種運動而言,長出來的肌肉聽說有分類....不過我都不太了解,所以想問一些相關問題。這三種運動會長出什麼樣的肌肉,還是說這只能增強耐力?另外聽說這三種「做的方式不同」也會長出不一樣的肌肉,是這樣嗎?常吃菜....,肌��
