請問亞玲要怎麼舉才會變強壯我的舉法是右手6KG左手4KG兩手連舉80下=1手40下然後舉兩輪中間會休息最後會伏地挺身X20可是怎麼覺得力量沒有變大反而造成左右手酸痛是舉法問題嗎?...Showmore
