最近很流行比腕力所以想練不過沒有啞玲所以我用紙袋+礦泉水來當啞玲舉==我在紙袋裡放了8灌礦泉水感覺舉到10下就沒什麼力了是我太弱嗎=ˇ=..10灌好像是6kg..那我該放10灌來舉嗎?還有胸肌伏地挺身就夠了嗎?手軸要往外開還是貼在身體旁邊阿還有我朋友做伏地挺身手掌是靠在一起的耶?這麼多種我該練哪�
