我想請問有在重量訓練的大哥們1喝肌酸配合重量訓練有效果嗎?2鍛鍊胸肌啞鈴推舉跟伏地挺身哪個效果比較好3有氧訓練一個禮拜至少要幾天4乳清蛋白.蛋白粉是否會傷腎(一個體育學院舉重隊的表哥說蛋白粉傷腎)5我的訓練方式不曉得有沒有錯我的身高171體重58我不打算增重了可以的話最多多兩公斤吧我��
