請問我身高175公分.2個月前靠節食即每天跑步從78公斤減到68公斤.目前恢復正常飲食.因想要健身練狀一點.但因還有一層鮪魚肚.我的理想體重是62-63公斤.因家裡有5公斤跟10公斤的啞玲.應怕再減下去就沒肉無法練狀.請問我應該是一口氣減到63公斤.還是一邊練再控制飲食減到理想體重?.另再請問如要健身因��
