我本身有僵直性脊椎炎腰椎也因為椎間盤突出開過刀我有問過骨科醫生是說沒辦法做重量訓練我自己也試著運動過站著拿一兩公斤的啞鈴每天各兩三百下練手臂結果就是隔天胸椎前後都會發炎想請問有沒有其他的方法可以幫我練胸肌跟手臂不知道會發炎是不是因為站著讓骨頭有壓力才發炎自己是想過躺�
