如果剛吃飽能做仰臥起坐嗎?如果不能了話要等多久呢?另外請問仰臥起坐的正確姿勢昰雙手擺頭還是臥胸?要用什麼東西來壓住腳呢?正值發育期一天不能做超過幾下呢?麻煩各位多給點意見吧^^\"感恩
