請教有在健身的大大們小弟我平常在家會有舉啞鈴的習慣目前拿的是12磅的啞鈴一輪會舉個30下每天會舉個6~7輪目前我是每天都舉舉完會做個伏地挺身30下也是6~7輪然後也會順便練腹部請問這樣每天練是好的嗎??還是說找個幾天適當的休息才對的呢??...Showmore
