請問各位,練的力量及肌肉和年齡有關係嗎??因為我現在每天做100個伏地挺身,50個仰臥起坐,50個交互蹲跳啞鈴平舉10下,舉30下,這樣練,可是腹肌都只能練到4塊,(第六塊不明顯)已經持續一陣子了,每次的疲累程度都差不多,這和年齡有關係嗎??PS:目前未滿16歲......Showmore
