請問一下各位肌肉男我國三身高172左右體重80附近可以開始練肌肉嗎不過聽說練了會長不太高欸...170在我們班算還好我想183= =那可以開始練嗎 不過伏地挺身我手臂無法支撐欸=0=10下是可以的啞鈴的話不知幾公斤5公斤有吧 一天做個80-100下最近幾個月有每天持續的練 如果要練的話��
