打籃球來說,彈跳力與身體對抗性是很重要的,但是,常看到許多文章說明其對身高的影響,請問:1.身體舉啞鈴:單純手臂部位是(三角肌、二頭肌、三頭肌、屈肌)三頭肌用伏地挺身去做,是否影響身高?2.彈跳跳繩、交互蹲跳,問題同上?3.以及訓練前後的拉筋,問題同上?請以詳細而不冗長的敘述,來回答
