我目前國中二年級173cm70kg因為籃球的關西我在家常會自己列清單來訓練每天都照表操課清單內容如下1.啞鈴8磅100下左右兩手(我都舉到有刺痛感)2.啞鈴平舉兩手各20秒3.伏地挺身50下4.仰臥起坐100下5.拿一本來八公分的書然後單腳(墊腳)踩上兩腳前後50秒6.腳用力地往後甩兩腿個50下我要問的就是因為我正直青
