有許多問題一時想不起來如果有問題會在發問目前家裡有1KG的亞鈴和16磅的亞鈴和一個不知道叫什麼的可以彎的東西應該知道吧==和用手壓的目前都是每天晚上睡覺前練伏地挺身20下1KG啞鈴手張開平行只能做15下三頭肌就酸了再來是16磅亞鈴做15下左右輪流和15下一起做腹肌沒什麼在練然後腳力更少練目前��
