我是女生,體能算中等尚可,很能走但跑就比較弱,怎麼樣可以加強肌耐力和腳的力量?例如比較能夠在行進上上下下的山路時或跑步時可以支撐久一點不會累不會痠?臂力不是很強很好,沒法像軍中那樣彎下去再上來,但又擔心伏地挺身會不過,想提早開始作準備,不知道有沒什麼可以循序漸進的加強訓練方式
