我是國三男生,因為要上游泳課,想趕快把身材練好我之前都是每天做40下仰臥起坐和40下伏地挺身,還有舉15公斤的水桶10下跑步跑10分鐘,人家說做完重訓要補充蛋白質所以我坐完後會喝兩杯豆將和兩顆茶葉蛋持續依的月看起來還是肉肉的,手臂沒線條,胸肌也不大,乳頭還有點尖尖的,肚子也是肉肉
