我很喜歡籃球但我是初學者想說讓家裡也可以再多練習我希望可以鍛煉到打球時所運用的肌肉,彈跳力,速度有人建議過我如果是要訓練手部肌肉伏地挺身還是啞鈴都可以訓練腳部肌肉則可以選擇慢跑彈跳力的話在家找個自己認為想要達成的高度每天持續跳有空就跳直到摸到為止訓練持久力與瞬間爆發力��
