如何改善骨盆外翻 - 健身

我的骨盆有一大一小的問題就是骨盆和大腿之間中間明顯禿出一塊骨頭在左邊(右邊很正常)前鎮子去給整骨師他說我骨盤有輕微外翻,現在也有使用束腹帶矯正,但幾個禮拜過去了好像沒什麼效果看知識家說:仰躺腳尖兩腳不均就是骨盆移位的現象(我真的有)我想請問我這是骨盤外翻還是骨盆移位�
