我身高175體重65平時鍛鍊的方法是9KG啞鈴練手臂一次大概15下左右交替做到累為止伏地挺身依天大概50下還有滾輪我都是想到才做有時休息好幾天才做但是我身體的線條卻是只有一點點形狀...手臂也沒什麼變化腹肌也是...不知道有什麼地方要改進才能有效練出漂亮的身體呢請開個菜單給我吧!
