我從國小到現在體力一直都很不好,我小時候也常貧血,所以臉色都很蒼白,大家都叫我小白0.0......,我體能什麼都不好,跑步三兩下就累了,伏地挺身做10下就差不多掛點了,坐姿體前彎數值都10幾的,我頭腦不錯,唯獨體力爛到爆,但是我想多活幾年,也想通過體適能測驗,想說現在開始訓練,請問
