最近我常常練習棒球也常做伏地挺身.仰臥起坐.跑步....等等但有時使總是會拉傷.扭傷(手+小腿+大腿筋)我知道運動過度會受到傷害但我想要升上先發不知道有沒有辦法可以防治或治療也可以是保養的知識可不可以敎敎我要如何是好?如果受傷我怕以後就不能再打棒球了...Showmore
