我身高176...體重70....之前因為想練上半身ㄉ線條有再做伏地挺身我ㄉ練法:伏地挺身一次20下.至少做5次最多做7次...都是手與肩同寬的練法.....一天大概做一組到兩組.都是五點練一次.睡前練一次..練ㄉ時候都會把腳墊高我只有一組6磅ㄉ啞鈴...鍊二頭肌是用坐在椅子前半.左右交替彎手肘.一手一次50下.做3組
