想請問練二頭肌伏地挺身的問題 - 啞鈴

最近練很多啞鈴也常拉單槓單槓大約可以啦11下但是為什麼伏地挺身就都只能做30下就受不了啞鈴一天大約都練700下(不同姿勢佳總起來大約700下,4公斤的啞鈴兩支)二頭肌有變大很多,但是出力的時候都不會很硬(算有點軟)怎麼練二頭肌才會變硬伏地挺身要怎麼才有辦法增加次數...Showmore
