每天晚飯後都會先做50下伏地挺身暖身之後在練習60下5公斤啞鈴我沒有間斷2分鐘內舉完練習完後再拳擊訓練左右各100勾拳練拳完後繼續60下5公斤啞玲練習晚上在喝一杯牛奶以上就是我一天的練習內容請問這樣效果如何呢?有鍛鍊到哪些肌肉呢?另外我的腹肌線條不明顯是被墜肉蓋過去了要怎麼鍛鍊出更清��
