小弟目前18歲175CM65~67KG想要上半身變壯之前有再做伏地挺身現再有長一點覺得效果不大結果買了一些器材目前14P啞鈴一支20P槓鈴一支(可以增加輪子那種)握力器一組我想達到的程度不是肌肉很扎實我是要肌肉粗壯很大還有胸肌所以想請專家幫我安排健身的行程表我不敢貿然自己練怕會有運動傷害所以還是
